Blueberry Margarita

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail): 

  • • ⅛ cup Fresh Blueberries
  • • ½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • • 2 ounces (LOBOS 1707)ᴿᴱᴰ Reposado Tequila
  • • ¾ ounce Honey
  • • 1-2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • • Ice
  • • Sea Salt and Lime Wedge (to rim glass)

Instructions:

  1. • Rub the rim of glass with a lime wedge, and swirl through a small pile of sea salt to rim
  2. • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blueberries and lime juice until the blueberries are pulverized
  3. • Add the tequila, honey, bitters, and a handful of ice to the shaker
  4. • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds
  5. • Strain into salted glass over ice and blueberries
Tequila Mojitos

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail): 

  • • 1 bundle fresh mint
  • • 1 ½ limes, quartered
  • • ½ ounce Honey
  • • 2 ounces (LOBOS 1707)RED Reposado Tequila
  • • Ice
  • • Soda Water
  • • Mint Sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions: 

  • • Combine ice cubes, mint leaves, tequila, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
  • • Squeeze in the juice from the limes and divide the limes between 2 glasses
  • • Blend or shake until well combined
  • • Divide between 2 glasses and top with soda water and sprigs of mint
Cantarito

Ingredients (makes 1 cocktail): 

  • • 2 ounces (LOBOS 1707)RED Reposado Tequila
  • • ¾ ounce Fresh Orange Juice
  • • ¾  ounce Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • • ½ ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • • Grapefruit Soda
  • • Grapefruit Wheel (for garnish)
  • • Himalayan Pink Salt (to rim glass)
  • • Ice

Instructions:

  • • Rim 2 cocktail glasses with Himalayan pink salt, then fill them with ice
  • • Add ice to a separate mixing glass, and in that glass, add the tequila, orange juice, lime juice, and grapefruit juice
  • • Stir to combine
  • • Pour between 2 glasses, top with grapefruit soda, and garnish with a grapefruit wheel
